Following from the announcement tonight from the Prime Minister we have decided to implement the following precautions whilst working to protect our clients and ourselves, effective immediately:

• We will wear a face mask during all face-to-face conversations
• We would ask you to wear a face mask during all face-to-face conversations (unless exempt)
• Please open a window or door during face-to-face conversations and in any work areas
• We will wipe down, with anti-bacterial wipes, any surfaces we come into contact in your home.

We will be contacting all our booked clients a day or two before your appointments to talk through our precautions and to ensure it is appropriate to carry out a consultation/installation.
