This client contacted us because they had purchased their carpet, underlay and accessories from a store who unfortunately then failed to deliver on the installation. Christmas was fast approaching and the client needed to have this bedroom ready to use. We collected the carpet en route to the client. They had already emptied the room of furniture and old floor coverings. To start, we carried out a thorough sweep to ensure there was no dust or debris that would remain under the new carpet.

We then installed a new aluminium door bar, gripper, underlay and carpet. The client was able to move into their refurbished bedroom for Christmas.

For all our installations we tape the underlay joins to prevent dust migration. We also vacuum the newly fitted carpet(s) upon completion. The preparation and installation work followed all relevant manufacturers guidelines and British Standards.
